Voice and Chat Support Job Description: 

• Experience managing a team.
• Skills in communication: B2 High/C1 Level
• At least one year of experience managing teams in a contact center setting
• Knowledge of the voice process in customer support 
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities 
• Must be able to work rotating shifts and take weeks off. 
• Strong people-development and coaching abilities through constructive criticism, call listening, etc.
