• To function autonomously and develop into a SME is expected. 
• Active engagement and contribution in group discussions is required. 
• Assist in addressing issues pertaining to the workplace. 
• Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical to design and develop applications. 
• Set up apps to comply with particular business process needs.
• Work together as a team to comprehend the needs of the business. 
• Verify functionality and performance of applications by testing and debugging them. 
• Take care of any problems or glitches that appear in the applications.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. 
• Proficiency in other CRM platforms would be a plus. 
• Thorough knowledge of the methods and principles of software development. 
• Proficiency in enhancing and personalizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM. 
• Understanding of how to integrate CRM with other platforms.
• Knowledge of web development technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Extra Details:
