• Degrees in commerce with practical expertise in customer operations, including master data setup. Acclimatise to new systems and learn how to perform transactions according to the instructions manual.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills to provide maintenance of customer master database for local, multi-market, and/or national customer within Customer Operations.
• MS Office tools like MS Excel, MS PowerPoint MS Word.
•  End to end order to cash process knowledge.
