• Understand the problem and make the greatest use of the available resources/tools to address it.
• Proactively raises issues/alarms with managers or stakeholders that may have an impact on core deliverables or operations.
• Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Adhere to the Service Level Agreement and the average handle time for the procedures.
• Meet predetermined and allocated productivity and quality criteria.
