Job Responsibilities:

  • Using outreach on social media, emails, and outbound calls, prospect and qualify possible leads. .
  • Look into target companies and find important decision-makers, especially in the HR division. 
  • Talk with potential clients first to find out about their employment needs and issues. 
  • Communicate Apna's HR technology solutions' value proposition clearly.
  • Organise qualified meetings and product demos for the sales force. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to develop and enhance lead creation tactics. 
  • Ensure that the CRM system contains accurate records of all interactions and activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Outstanding Hindi and English communication abilities, both written and spoken. 
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills and the capacity to establish trust with prospective customers. 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to meet sales goals. 
  • It is advantageous to have experience with CRM software, such as FreshSales.
  • Very well-organized and capable of efficient time management.
