Software Development Engineer Job Description:

• The quality of Apple’s products, including consistent functionality, performance, and stability. 
• Authoring test scenarios, scripts, and plans. 
• Write and review automation test scripts. 
• Executing functional, performance, and stability testing. 
• Identifying and reporting defects, inclusive of first-level root cause analysis and consistent steps to reproduce.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 to 8 years experience in software quality assurance testing.
• Strong familiarity with the architecture, design, and development of automation frameworks
• Excellent practical engineering Proficiency in Java, Python, Swift, and other object-oriented programming languages
• Experience in an Agile development setting
• Solid understanding of software build tools, CI/CD integrations, deployment process and code quality checking tools
• knows how to employ log scanning to find the faults and their underlying causes.
• Demonstrated ability to do excellent work on short notice
• Self-driven, self-sufficient, and proactive
• Outstanding collaboration and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
