As a Technical Specialist, you help new owners get started and current owners get quick, efficient support, fostering strong, positive relationships with Apple. When a customer requests assistance, you promptly assess their situation. Sometimes you provide customers with advice or a solution on the spot, utilizing your knowledge of current Apple technology to assist with iPod, iPhone, and iPad devices. Sometimes you refer customers to support team members who get them back up and running. You even offer personal training to new customers, assisting them in acquiring the basic skills required to begin working on photo, video, and music projects.
