The associate must understand operational techniques, prioritize accuracy and speed, deliver results, analyze errors, and recommend improvements. They must be a team player, generate reports, communicate tactically, and resolve tickets promptly. Reporting to the Operations Manager.

Digital Process Associate Responsibilities:

• Become well-versed in the business and operational domain
• Determine, examine, and address recurring problems
• Make sure you maintain and update all process documents. 
• As requested, provide reports and data, and assist the team lead with escalations. 
• Business savvy, education, experience, and knowledge 
• Analytical and creative problem solver with a strong commitment to operational excellence
• Good comprehension of project management techniques

Basic Qualifications:

• You must have a bachelor's degree or above.
• Working familiarity with computers (basic Microsoft Office skills) 
• Fundamental Skills in Analytical and Logical Thinking. 
• Fluent in the English language.
