A member of the Bank's front-line sales team, Officer Sales' main duty is to acquire new clients for the bank and look into potential new ventures. Officer Sales is in charge of making sales. Depending on their needs, banks and investors provide services and products. They bear accountability as well. for responding to consumer inquiries and guaranteeing client satisfaction. This is a sales-only position that entails regular customer communications and travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine prospects for sales of the Bank's and other companies' products by bringing in new clients. and forming fresh connections.
- Handle business affairs with current clients to strengthen the bonds that already exist.
- Meet monthly sales goals set by the organization based on the Grade Matrix (BDE, Officer, and AM Sales)
- All engagement activities should be tracked and recorded using the CRM system.
- Adhere to KYC/SEBI laws, rules, and regulations that control the financial services sector.
