Role & responsibilities :

• Review the outcalling procedure to customers to clarify customer inquiries on transaction refused owing to card control not enabled. Renewal and upgrade customers for welcome call/feature enforcement.
• To ensure the team fulfills the established benchmarks on service experience, call handling time, quality, revenue generation through cross-selling of products, and other parameters are continuously fulfilled, including the call productivity standard.
• Ensure team meets zero faults in processing all customer requests.
• Ensure that the team completes and accurately resolves issues within the time frames specified.
• Ensure that the team adheres to the audit and quality criteria.
