Junior Acquisition Manager Job Description:

• Acquisition of new customers (NTB) for the bank's current and savings account products through independent, external efforts. Individuals, small enterprises, trusts, associations, societies, and corporations will all be sources of customers.
• Generating income, attracting and keeping customers, and cutting costs by abiding by procedures, goods, and legal specifications.
• Worked with recently acquired clients for three months to fortify bonds before moving them to branch banking. 
• Plans frequent sales and client events in order to produce leads.
• Cross-selling asset products, insurance, gold, and mutual funds.

Requirement:

• Newly graduated or experienced with the necessary background (at least a year's worth of experience in liabilities sales is preferred). 
• A robust sales mindset
• The accomplishment of objectives is the main source of motivation. a natural hunter. 
• Must have impeccable appearance, be well-groomed, and possess ambassadorial traits.
