Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Optimization of Sales 
• Compile different reports according to the process from the back-end, factories, ECRM tools, and MIS reporting. 
• Assist the sales team by giving support as needed and coordinating with various internal and external agencies to complete back-end requirements. 
• Analyze data and make sure that sales data from locations is consistently sent to the head office. 
• Sync cross-functionally with back-end operations to support the front-line sales staff.
