Account Manager Job Responsibilities :

• Deliver data, voice and fixed line installations as per the set targets. 
• Looking for new data, voice and fixed line accounts. 
• Cross-sell multi-product lines to existing and new customers. 
• Create and maintain a healthy funnel for all three lines of business at predetermined degrees of maturity. 
• Be aware of competitors' plans and gather insights for market intelligence. 
• Monitor competitors' customer offerings and prepare sales interventions for different types of clients.
