  • Manage customer service needs such as opening accounts, opening DMAT accounts, responding to complaints, marketing liability products, advertising liability on product features, and getting chequebook insurance.
  • Rapidity and Effectiveness of the Provided Service. 
  • Supplying additional products in order to satisfy the customer's professional needs. Increasing the Value of Customers. 
  • Provide support to Relationship Managers who possess HNI Relationship(s). 
  • Acquisition of Customers via Referrals.
