The branches are an essential component of Axis Bank's strategy because they serve as the bank's face to millions of retail customers. Branches are essential to the Bank's customer engagement strategy for all products and services, and they are crucial in mobilizing deposits from New-To-Bank (NTB) customers. 
Job Responsibilities as Branch Teller :

• Providing solutions and cross-selling third-party products and retail banking services from the bank in accordance with allocated budgets (e.g. Life insurance, General insurance, Mutual Funds, Loans etc.)
• Reach the monthly targets for business spending that have been allocated by the company.
• Producing leads and recommendations of new clients in order to sell the bank's goods.
• Participating in marketing initiatives and conducting customer visits outside of the branch to promote the bank's products.
• Reach out to current clients in order to increase deposits and promote the bank's products to them.
• Processing consumer requests and transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Respond to consumer questions and offer appropriate solutions to prevent complaints.
• Observe all regulatory and legislative compliance guidelines that are periodically released for each activity.
• Make sure you meet all of the bank's audit requirements to get the best possible audit rating.
• Daily input of customer interactions into the CRM system of the bank.
