Business Analyst Job Responsibilities

• Divide a business issue into several manageable issues. 
• Collaborate with important company executives to gain a better grasp of the current business issue. 
• Work together with the data team to make sure the data is ready for you to use in the appropriate format. 
• Make recommendations after drawing conclusions from the data. 
• Persuade the pertinent parties to adopt your recommendations. 
• After implementation, assess the results and take additional action as needed. 
• Be content with having a genuine, noteworthy influence on the company

What you will need 

• one to two years of analytics experience 
• Proficiency with scripting languages and databases (Advanced SQL, Basic Python/R, Advanced Excel) 
• The capacity to make recommendations for action based on data conclusions. 
• Displayed initiative and self-control. 
• Demonstrated a desire to pick up new skills and mentor others.
