As a corporate Expert, you will introduce Apple solutions, technology, and services to corporate customers. You spend time on the sales floor, meeting new and existing business customers and learning about their needs. You generate new leads and develop relationships by connecting over the phone or at in-store workshops and events. You learn about customer demands through briefings and collaborate with the Business Team to draft and deliver ideas. For customers with more complicated requirements, you collaborate with the entire Business Team to develop optimal solutions. Finally, you inform and provide customers the full range of sales support choices.
