About Branch Banking :

Since the branches serve as the public face of Axis Bank to millions of retail clients, they are a crucial component of the bank's overall strategy. The mobilization of deposits from New-To-Bank (NTB) customers is largely dependent on branches, which are also the main engines of the Bank's customer engagement strategy for all of its products and services. 
About the Role :

• As members of the branch banking team, Branch Relationship Officers (BROs) are in charge of offering bank products, serving both new and existing customers in the branch, and bringing in new clients through customer visits and referral-generating activities.
• They will have to cross-sell bank goods and bring in new clients by using their communication abilities.
• As part of daily cadence, BROs are required to engage with current clients of Bank which are mapped to their portfolio for offering additional products of the bank as per the need of the customer.
• BROs are supposed to provide end-to-end closure and complete client transactions and service requests within the allotted turnaround time (TAT). 
• BROs may also be designated as tellers in accordance with the organization's needs for handling client cash transactions.
• When feasible, BROs will introduce clients to other banking channels like Internet, mobile, and WhatsApp banking.

• Consistently meet monthly business budgets as set forth by the organization.
• Generating new client leads and referrals for the bank's merchandise.
• Promoting bank’s products by taking part in marketing activities and customer visits outside the branch.

• Timely and accurate processing of consumer transactions and requests.
