Build trust and relationships with distributors/retailers and the company by clarifying any doubts/confusions and providing solutions to any problems within a reasonable timeframe.
Work with circle marketing to manage schemes, promotions, and contests aimed at promoting the company's brand.
Create retail channel schemes at the zonal level, following corporate guidelines and with the approval of the circle/zone sales head.
Ensure that the channel follows targeted productivity norms.
To ensure proper retail penetration.
To ensure the required distributor personnel are on board
To ensure training of distributor manpower
Form and develop a team. Increase team motivation and productivity levels. Assist HR in identifying team training inputs.
Periodically supervise MIS generation and analysis, and provide zonal head with feedback on best practices.
