  • To ensure that the right vehicle is delivered ready, collaborate closely with the client operations team.
  • To guarantee that all paperwork required to seal the purchase is finished promptly and without incident, keep in regular contact with the customer operations team. 
  • Please help us guide and support the creation of customer-facing processes in our new organisation as we write the playbook as we go.

What you should have:

  • A minimum of one to three years of sales and customer service experience in a reputable retail setting or contact center, where you have also interacted with consumers via live chat, email, social media, and other channels.
