Customer Service and Sales Jobs Responsibilities:

• Gain the trust of your clients by being communicative, dependable, and quick to respond to their concerns. No issue is too big for you to handle.
• To ensure that the right vehicle is delivered ready, collaborate closely with the client operations team.
• To guarantee that all paperwork required to seal the purchase is finished promptly and without incident, keep in regular contact with the customer operations team. 
• Please help us guide and support the creation of customer-facing processes in our new organisation as we write the playbook as we go.

What you should have:

• A minimum of one to three years of sales and customer service experience in a reputable retail setting or contact center, where you have also interacted with consumers via live chat, email, social media, and other channels.
• When you have a customer champion mindset, you take seriously your role as the organization's customer spokesperson and will not accept anything short than total happiness.
• Because you understand the highs and lows of launching a business, you are willing to accompany us on our journey and take on responsibilities that we may require your help with.
• You are independent, self-starting, and in control of your surroundings. You can operate with minimal direction. the tenacity and commitment required to take us from startup to scale-up.
• A creative problem-solver with the ability to go above and beyond organizational guidelines and procedures to produce solutions for our clients.
