Account Executive Job Responsibilities : 

  • Become an authority on our buying programs and professional services.
  • Cross-functional cooperation and coordination are necessary to make sure that we communicate as One Cisco, streamlining the client experience and increasing our influence.
  • Focus on pertinent use cases for Cisco's premium services and purchasing programs to cultivate enduring client relationships and establish your reputation as a business advisor.
  • Develop strategies for both parties' success and cultivate relationships with ecosystem partners.
  • Create your territory's sales plan, demonstrate to our regional leadership your value as an advisor, and spearhead efforts to close the deficit.
  • Over the course of four rolling quarters, construct a strong pipeline.
  • Identify, predict, and close opportunities with accuracy.
  • Effectively negotiate prices and other parameters of the agreement.
  • In order to position premium offers and buying programs that improve the customer experience, work with important stakeholders to create business cases that encourage support upselling during renewals.
  • Oversee the growth of purchasing initiatives and make sure that real future forecasts are accurate.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • A comparable experience or a bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in software/hardware and/or services, with a history of hitting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate software agreements, professional services, and support.
