- Participate in the hiring process by assisting with the posting of job openings, reviewing resumes, and setting up interviews.
- Assist in making the onboarding process for new employees seamless and friendly.
- HR databases and employee records should be kept up to date.
- Help with the management of benefits and pay for employees.
- Assist in addressing grievances and settling disputes among employees.
- Encourage a welcoming and upbeat work environment.
- Organize and oversee events and activities aimed at fostering employee engagement.
- Help with survey administration and feedback collection to raise employee satisfaction.
