Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the venue's operational activities. 
• Drive the Venue team to achieve the allocated objectives within the schedule.
• Review and confirm that the location is 100% prepared for seamless delivery. 
• Review and Ensure Policy Compliance. 
• Reviewing measures for achieving 100% process adherence. 
• Attending briefing sessions to download compliance and project-related information/parameters, as scheduled. 
• Resolve operational and technical issues at the venue under the supervision of the appropriate teams and stakeholders. 
• Maintain constant communication with all relevant teams before to, during, and following the exam.
• Manage the planning and execution of effective, efficient, and sustainable operations as needed. 
• Ensure that delivery aligns with key performance KPIs, security standards, governance needs, and customer expectations. 
• Monitor, support, and guide team members on-site to ensure compliance with all regulations..
