Customer Service Representative Job Description :

  • Clarify customer requirements; probe for comprehension, and employ decision-support tools and resources to deliver acceptable resolution to the client. 
  • Pay close attention to the customer's needs and problems; display empathy while taking advantage of every opportunity to create rapport with them. 
  • Greet clients in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, following agreed-upon protocols 
  • Maintain a basic understanding of customer products and/or services.
  • Participate in initiatives that aim to improve customer happiness and corporate performance. 
  • Offer more items and/or services. 
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in the call tracking database.
