Content Writing Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive the content strategy for the Pod or product.
• Own business objectives, which will be driven by numerous content projects.
• Edit the content before publishing.
• Analyse trends and customer data to determine topics for content creation.
• Collaborate with the sales, product, banking, and finance departments to develop engaging narratives and storylines that will drive our company's growth.
• Create content strategies and working models for a wide range of use cases and mediums, including as blogs, video scripts, ad copy, landing pages, social media copy, and more.
• Develop the style, tone, and voice for many mediums and settings.
• Establish content best practices that can be applied across teams.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in Fintech/SaaS/Product firms as a technical writer, proofreader, content writer, or content editor
• Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
• Excellent In proofreading skills
