Customer and Partner Solutions Engineer Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and launch internal tools for Tech Digitisation Services.
• Maintain the existing tools and hardware infrastructure in Book Scanning Operations while collaborating with the regional technicians team.
• Create internal databases, reports, and tools to facilitate operations.
• Analyse labour processes to identify inefficiencies and chances for automation.
• Beyond book scanning, developers and operational professionals will be required to support a variety of projects.

Minimum qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a similar discipline, as well as relevant practical experience.
• Coding experience in one or more programming languages (such as Java, C/C++, and Python).
• Experience with client-side web technologies (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
• Internal/external partners and customers.

Preferred qualifications:

• A master's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or another related discipline.
• 2 years of experience working with database technology and data analytics (such as SQL and NoSQL).
• 2 years' experience with Linux/Unix, networking, and electronics.
• 2 years of experience providing technological solutions to business problems in a semi-autonomous working environment.
