Department: Customer Experience
What will you do :
- Meeting with internal stakeholders to resolve problems and provide customers with a fixed TAT. Speak with clients to remedy the concerns they have raised, and educate them on company and industry rules to reduce future complaints and manage total resolution.
- Work with team members to meet customer service goals and targets.
- Enhance customer service by identifying and suggesting process improvements.
- Respond to consumer calls, offer information, answer questions, and resolve concerns.
- Report complicated or unresolved concerns to appropriate departments for further action.
- Follow up with consumers to fix issues to their satisfaction.

What we are looking for :
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in customer service with any graduate degree.
- Customer service experience, ideally in a contact center or similar workplace.
