  • Accurately document and maintain all exchanges.
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/or perhaps process payments. 

Customer Service Representative Jobs In USA 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
  • Six months of customer service experience is ideal.
  • Over 18 years of age.
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • High school graduate 
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems
