Key Responsibilities:

• Under tight schedules, conducts duties such as sorting, packing, loading, and unloading containers
• Palletising and segregating products and paperwork.
• Ensures that all delivery materials are ready for shipping.
• A scanner is used to gather shipping and package information for papers that are picked up or delivered.
• Drive a forklift.
• Report any suspected violation of security or strange occurrences to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintains good work habits, including arriving at work on time and sticking to regular work and safety standards.
• May assist the supervisor in orienting, training, assigning, and checking other employees work.

Dockworker Jobs In DHL

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have valid CDL A/B License
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Must be at least 18 years old

Physical Requirements:

• Capable of lifting up to 70 pounds on occasion.
• Must be able to lift forty (40) pounds regularly.
• Must be able to walk, climb stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch.
