Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee all client interactions within the limitations of the roster.
- Take responsibility for calls when a customer contacts you.
- Use the proper words and tone when addressing every consumer.
- Approach every encounter with customers from a solution-based perspective.
- Record client information and data pertinent to the call or service.
- Respond to consumer inquiries within predetermined time frames
- Oversee outbound campaigns in accordance with business needs.
- Follow all contact center policies, procedures, code of conduct and legislative requirements.
