Function/Business Area :

  • Customer Service

Job Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all client interactions within the limitations of the roster.
  • Take responsibility for calls when a customer contacts you.
  • Use the proper words and tone when addressing every consumer.
  • Approach every encounter with customers from a solution-based perspective.
  • Record client information and data pertinent to the call or service.
  • Respond to consumer inquiries within predetermined time frames
  • Oversee outbound campaigns in accordance with business needs.
  • Follow all contact center policies, procedures, code of conduct and legislative requirements.

Education Requirement :

  • 10 + 2 / Graduation degree in any discipline

Experience Requirement :

  • 6 months - 2 years (Minimum 6 months experience in BPO is mandatory)
