Role: Assist customers in buying various financial products, focusing on insurance policies, over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Speak with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and provide relevant solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Retain a comprehensive grasp of the company's range of insurance products.
• Sales Objectives: Achieve and surpass the company's sales objectives.
• Follow-ups: To conclude sales and ensure client happiness, contact leads and clients on a frequent basis.
• Documentation: Make sure that all required paperwork is completed correctly and on time.
• Customer service: Respond to customers' questions and concerns and offer first-rate post-sale support.
• Reporting: Send a daily activity report to the supervisor and keep track of all customer interactions.
