Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Employee Experience: Manage every stage of the hiring process, from hiring to firing, making sure that every employee has a good and easy time.
  • Employee Engagement and Well-Being: Create and implement programs that support mental health services, work-life balance, and employee well-being.
  • Grievance Handling: Serve as the employee's point of contact for complaints and grievances, offering prompt and equitable remedies.
  • Asset, IT, Travel, and Admin Management: Plan and oversee office supplies, personnel travel, and IT infrastructure. Help with general administrative duties to maintain a workplace that is orderly.
  • Payroll and Expense Management: Work together with the finance team to manage employee expenses and process payroll.
  • HR Analytics & Process Improvement: Make data-driven decisions, spot trends, and improve HR strategies by utilizing HR data and analytics. Evaluate and improve HR procedures on a regular basis to improve productivity and simplify operations. 

Fampay Careers

  • Demonstrable one to three years of experience in HRBP or a related HR role, ideally in early-stage startups.
  • Solid knowledge of Indian employment laws and regulations, as well as HR best practices.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Affable, understanding, and dedicated to fostering a positive work atmosphere.
  • The capacity to prosper in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • It is advantageous to have knowledge of HR software, tools, and HRIS systems.
