Field Coordinator Job at TATA 1mg In Chennai

What will you do 

• Visit medical facilities, interact with physicians, patients, and patient coordinators.
• Gather the necessary paperwork from patients and enroll them in the patient assistance program.
• Patient management in the designated area through timely document collection and submission, reminders for the upcoming medication cycle, and continuous communication.
• Informing patients about plans, documentation needs, and value-added services
• The Patient Navigator for Respiratory Care is in charge of giving tailored advice.
• Assistance to patients with respiratory disorders, making sure they get the right resources, education, and care.
