Finance and Administration Delivery Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize all general ledger accounting tasks, including fixed assets, intercompany, inventory, cash and bank, accruals, and indirect taxes.
  • Determine opportunities or risks to profits, costs, and revenues, then suggest the necessary course of action.
  • Make sure deadlines and client Service Level Agreements (SLA) are fulfilled.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Graduate in commerce with at least two to four years' experience working in the Record to Report (R2R) area.
  • Proficiency in managing month-end close, fixed assets, intercompany reconciliations, and balance sheet preparation.
  • Journal entry posting and transaction recording in the ERP. 
  • Proven ability to coordinate audits and manage client expectations 
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise report updates for management assessments
