Key Responsibilities as a Telecalling:

• Use a database that has been provided to make outbound calls to potential clients.
• To ensure accuracy and coherence in your communication, follow a prewritten script.
• Respond to inquiries from clients and give them pertinent information.
• Address customer concerns and urge them to consider the product or service.
• Reach your call and sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Give the team input on customer reactions so that scripts and tactics can be improved.

Qualifications:

• Having completed high school or its equivalent, a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• It is preferred to have a minimum Knowlog in telesales, telecalling, or a similar field.
• Exceptional ability to communicate orally in the required languages.
