  • Flexible, capable of multitasking and prioritising identified concerns.
  • Provide excellent customer assistance to users that want problem resolution.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic procedures and necessary queries.
  • Determine the appropriate remedy based on the issue and the information provided by the customer.
  • Walk the consumer through the problem-solving steps.
  • Deliver accurate information on IT products or services.
  • Refer unsolved concerns to the next level of support professionals.
