• Working with the onshore team and interacting with clients on a daily basis.
• Reviewing manual procedures and determining the extent of automation or improvements.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both individually and together.
• Present and communicate with internal and external clients as needed. 
• In charge of collaborating with several partners 
• Accountable for paying attention to details and adhering to internal procedures and policies.

• Graduation in Commerce (B.Com) 
• Relevant employment experience in payroll operations, payroll implementation, or payroll process consulting.
• Experience on ERPs.
