Administrative Business Partner Responsibilities :

  • Schedule, maintain, and update calendar events with advice. Set up meetings for the boss or team with some instruction.
  • Complete trip coordination chores with instruction. 
  • Carry out expense management activities with some guidance. 
  • Assess and advocate for office space requirements with some help. 
  • Plan and arrange internal and external programs and events, as well as handle event logistics, in coordination with internal partners and external vendors.

Minimum qualifications :

  • 2 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international setting performing essential administrative responsibilities (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facility coordination, etc.)

Preferred qualifications :

  • Three years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate setting, as well as managing small-scale projects and events from planning to implementation.
