Responsibilities:

• Create and manage financial models to assess project viability, evaluate projected returns, and aid in resource allocation. Analyze financial outcomes and critical performance indicators to assist decision-making. 
• Using financial analysis, provide decision support for project and operational decisions. 
• Provide users with data solutions that make sense and offer insights, empowering them to decide wisely and carry out tasks more quickly. 
• To guarantee that data solutions cover the information gaps in the finance organization, incorporate best practices for reporting, dashboards and scorecards, and data visualization. 
• Oversee the creation of release plans and milestones for each phase of a project's lifecycle, working with various Google teams to coordinate the delivery of the best data products and solutions.

Minimum qualifications:

• An equivalent amount of practical experience or a bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, or another quantitative discipline.
• Two years of experience in consulting, financial planning and analysis, or a similar role; or a graduate degree.

Preferred qualifications:

• Proficiency with R and Python programming, data extraction and manipulation using SQL, and dashboard creation for reporting.
• Expertise in creating insights, trends, and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with Agile methods and working in teams to manage data projects.
• Understand the concepts of data modeling, including logical, physical, and conceptual data architecture.
• Capacity to inspire team members and work together to influence higher-ups.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills.
