Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all consumer complaints and questions on social media sites such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Linkedin.
  • Solid knowledge of mutual fund, stocks, and F&O products.
  • To provide the best solutions, communicate with clients by phone, email, or social media.
  • Work together with cross-functional teams, such as brand marketing and CRM, to address and settle customer complaints, issues, and questions.
  • Maintain thorough follow-up on each case you are given to ensure a timely and effective conclusion.
  • Make sure that all problems are fixed within the allotted time frames.
  • Ensure that all interactions are professional and compliant with company standards. Follow customer care protocols in all written correspondence.
