Key Responsibilities :

  • Sourcing and Screening: Use job sites, social media, and other recruitment channels to actively find applicants for Customer Support positions. To make sure a candidate has the necessary skill set, screen resumes, perform preliminary phone interviews, and evaluate the prospect's qualifications.
  • Interview Coordination: Help set up interviews, communicate with applicants, and oversee the logistics of the process. To advance the hiring process, make sure hiring managers and candidates communicate promptly and follow up on interview feedback.
  • Offer & Onboarding Support: Draft offer letters, gather pre-offer paperwork (such as reference and background checks), and make sure employment contracts are filled out correctly. 
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: To guarantee a seamless and effective hiring process, work closely with internal stakeholders, answering any queries or worries about the offer and candidate selection procedures.
