Key Responsibilities:

• Client relationship management aims to build and maintain strong ties with both existing and potential clients. 
• Recognize the investing preferences, risk tolerance, and financial goals of your clients. 
• Provide recommendations and individualized investment advice based on the needs of your clients.
• Inform customers about various investing options, including SIPs, mutual funds, and other securities. 
• Work together with the marketing and sales teams to put into practice efficient client acquisition strategies.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
• Customer Service: Provide great customer service by responding to client enquiries and issues while giving timely and accurate information.
