Recovery/Collections Officer Job Description:

• Recovery of outstanding dues: To make sure that outstanding dues are recovered, it is important to regularly follow up with and deal with borrowers who are in default on their payments. to evaluate default cases as well and offer appropriate advice in light of the findings.
• NPA Management: To resolve and recover non-performing assets by taking all required actions, including prompt and appropriate legal action.
• MIS Review: Every piece of recovery-related data that needs to be examined and evaluated in order to manage the portfolio. 
• Portfolio/Delinquency Management: To manage the loan portfolio and control delinquencies, employ portfolio credit risk assessment tools, legal-based resolution strategies, and IT-driven recovery tools.
