Job Description:
- Appraisal - To build a quality portfolio by managing risk through effective credit appraisal, ensuring TAT, maintaining positive relationships with channel partners, and being a process thinker and innovator.
- Collecting and reviewing documents (e.g., credit, loan agreements, application forms, guarantee forms) (Legal implications).
- Interacting with customers via phone. It also includes managing customer objections. Meeting customers and engaging in personal discussions. Providing optimal solutions to customers' needs.
- Negotiating Skills: Probing to understand the customer's needs, managing objections, structuring solutions, and closing.

Qualifications - Fresh/experienced B Com Graduates, M Com, CA or MBA having good and consistent academic record (Min 60% marks) and good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
