The Training Executive oversees and directs the implementation of hotel trainings in accordance with brand and hotel policies and procedures. This person creates and maintains training resources, implements processes that support growth and development, and ensures that all stakeholder promises are met. He or she works with the Learning and Development Manager to ensure that the Training department runs smoothly and efficiently. 

What will I be doing? 

  • Maintaining employee records, such as personnel files and learning histories
  • Scheduling and organisation of training classes, including maintaining the training calendar.
  • Assisting the training manager as a co-facilitator in running training programs such as Induction.
  • Assist in maintaining an active list of interns and coordinating the placement of current vacancy advertisements.
  • Knowledge of hotel and conference facilities, as well as a fundamental understanding of departmental processes.
  • Prepare and distribute reports that assess training results.
  • Conducting service quality audits and monitoring progress.
