Key Responsibilities: 

• Implementation of numerous campus initiatives in a successful manner on several campuses. This entails scheduling the event's activities, creating goals specific to each campus, and creating timelines. o Work together with stakeholders, vendors, and campus representatives to arrange for efficient program operations, timely setup, and smooth logistics.
• Oversee the PF nomination process, paperwork, and the sharing of pertinent documents with various divisions as part of the Assistant Under Training's new joining process.
• Develop interesting and pertinent communication strategies, such as social media posts, event collateral, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Communication department to ensure that the HR social media strategy aligns with the overall corporate strategy. Make sure that your branding and messaging are consistent across all social media platforms.
• Create and deploy targeted strategies to reach and connect with a larger audience across several social media channels. Use social media to uncover and promote relevant HR projects, employee biographies, and business culture.
• Supporting HRBP with documentation pertaining to governance for issues involving employees.
• Encourage the operations group to maintain the employee life cycle.
