Job Description: 

• Work from an office.
• Candidate should handle bulk, frontline, mass, or BPO hiring for CSE.
• End-to-end recruitment.
• Managing the whole recruiting cycle for Bulk Hiring Support and BPO Functions hiring, including multichannel sourcing, screening, interviewing, attracting and choosing qualified candidates, and salary and level benchmarking.
• Experience in executive sourcing and end-to-end BULK recruitment. Hiring skilled workers from various backgrounds, as well as recruiters, for a variety of accounts in the BPO business.
• Relevant applications were found via job boards, social networking sites, employee recommendations, job advertising, and other networks. Conducted an initial technical screening to determine the candidate's suitability and interest.
• Coordinated with the Technical Panel on all technical and client interviews.
• Screening suitable candidates and scheduling face-to-face and phone interviews based on the required criteria.
• Responsible for initiating background checks, medical screenings, offer management, and stakeholder management.
