You’ll be expected to :

  • Collaborate on complex technical issues to become a subject matter expert in the Guardium data security system and associated technologies.
  • Provide technical assist to clients and/or IBM field support while demonstrating exceptional communication, client management, and problem determination/source identification abilities.
  • Contribute relevant and timely content to help clients become self-sufficient. 
  • Interact directly with Development, Sales, Management, Services, and QA to confirm product flaws and enhancements and push for continuous product improvement.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise :

  • At least one year of experience in managing client expectations and satisfaction.
  • At least one year of experience in problem determination and resolution.
  • English: fluent.
  • Passion for customer care and customer satisfaction.
  • A successful track record of building and managing customer connections.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise :

  • Experience in shell scripting, Perl, and SQL. 
  • Experience in programming languages like Java, C/C++ 
  • Knowledge of networking ideas. 
  • Basic knowledge of Enterprise DBMS, such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or IBM DB2. 
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
