As a member of the Client Servicing team, you will play a key role in assisting IndiaMART in realizing its goal of enabling Indian businesses. In this position, you will have the chance to build trusting relationships with our clients and support them as they pursue success by getting to know their needs as a business and suggesting customized solutions to help them expand. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for meeting monthly goals related to client retention and renewal. This will give you a great chance to show off your abilities and have a significant effect on the company's success.

Key Accountabilities: 

  • To guarantee client satisfaction and platform utilization, hold in-person client meetings four or five times a day.
  • Increase income by using cross- and up-selling.
  • Make sure there is methodical follow-up, deadline closures, and quick complaint resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Strong academic background with grades in the tenth and twelve grades exceeding 70%.
  • Any recent graduate with at least nine months of sales experience
  • Newcomers holding a postgraduate management degree.
