Inside Sales Associate Jobs Responsibilities:

1. Identify new sales opportunities via inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. 
2. Understand the customer's needs and requirements. 
3. Assign qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closing. 
4. Close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets. 
5. Investigate accounts, identify significant players, and generate interest. 
6. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your designated accounts. 
7. Conduct effective online demonstrations to high-value prospects. 
8. Working hours are Monday through Saturday, with Sunday off.
